We want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted sandals; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure the leather soles are protected and unmarked to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the sandals in their original branded box and dust bag, ensuring they are securely packed inside a protective shipping carton.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery stickers.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our workshop, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
